Shipping, Returns & Policy

  • Delivery: Orders across Pakistan are delivered within 2–5 working days. Islamabad customers can also pick up from Meezan Corporation or Marjan Corporation, Benazir Chowk, Tarnol.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • 7-Day Return & Exchange: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused, in original packaging with tags/stickers intact. Change of mind is not accepted after order confirmation or dispatch.
  • Electronics & Damage: Electronic items have no warranty unless specified by the manufacturer. Any damage caused during installation or use will void eligibility for return.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our team will prioritize resolution.
  • Refunds: No cash refunds. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer (5–7 working days) or a voucher for future use. A 10% restocking fee applies on non-defective returns.
