- Delivery: Orders across Pakistan are delivered within 2–5 working days. Islamabad customers can also pick up from Meezan Corporation or Marjan Corporation, Benazir Chowk, Tarnol.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- 7-Day Return & Exchange: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused, in original packaging with tags/stickers intact. Change of mind is not accepted after order confirmation or dispatch.
